Step 1	Open Outlook Express by double-clicking the Outlook Express icon on your desktop or locate from the start menu.
Step 2	Click the tools then options
Step 3	Click the Security tab. When you do, you will see a check mark next to: Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus. remove this check mark and you will be able to view and download attachments.
